The Inventory Express App is available anywhere, offering complete flexibility, and can be compiled whilst offline. The PDF report will become available to download as soon as you leave the property where an internet connection is available. Once uploaded the report is available immediately. Turnaround times will no longer be an issue.

One page view for easy navigation

You can’t get lost in this app as its One page per room with the room name displayed at the top. It couldn’t be any simpler.

Easy Editing after upload

After the report has been uploaded it can be easily amended via the web based site. Items, rooms and photos can be edited, added or deleted.

Copy Room Facility

We have all been in those properties where each room is very similar. There is no need to complete every room separately, Use the ‘copy room’ facility to duplicate details from one room to another. Simply amend if there are differences if necessary.

Free typing fields

If you choose not to use the pre populated drop down boxes you can free type using your desired descriptions.

Pre populated dropdown text boxes

We have compiled a comprehensive list of commonly used words or phrases for each item and also for its condition that you can opt to choose from. Alternatively you can free type.

Ability to dictate where required

If you want to save time spent in the property you have the ability to dictate and then transcribe at a later time.

Integral camera which embeds photographs within report

All photos taken using the App will be time and date stamped and will appear on the completed report referenced by the room name or item under which it was taken making it simple to identify check out issues.

Unlimited (referenced) photographs

There is no limit to the number of photographs taken per property and each one will be referenced according to room and item.

Built in map and Sat Nav

It does exactly what it says on the tin!! Easily find your way to the property using this feature.

Share reports via a link

‘Share reports’ allows you to email the report via a secure link which will alleviate the problem of file sizes .

Free ongoing software updates

Although we are very proud of our App, Inventory Express are constantly looking for ways to improve it. We listen to our clients feedback and where possible implement changes to make it even better.

Backups & Disaster Recovery

In the event of any unlikely failure, all Inventory Express data is backed up and can be up and running within hours rather than a several days. We utilize Amazon s3 storage for our redundancy/backup. We're able to store and present data going back years instantly now without needing to recover from an archive.

Example Inventory, IPV & Checkout Reports

Our innovative system allows you to auto-generate Inventory and checkout reports based on the information entered at the location of the property. The reports are produced in landscape format for ease of use, giving you space to make notes at check out. We found this style of report much more presentable than a portrait version. You can use the default disclaimer or insert your own custom wording, this can be selected on the 'my details' part of the website.
